What do you like most about the Sell It program?

The thing I like most about the Sell It program is the diversity of the group. We are a dynamic group of people from different parts of the world, also diverse in terms of markets we are working in and the long term perspective of Sell It.

I also believe that it gives us an advantage in terms of networking and the big picture of Prysmian.

What is the most challenging thing about your job?

Up until now the most challenging thing has just been the fact that it is a new job, I found new people and new systems & products.

What is the most rewarding thing about your job?

Progress in terms of the challenges mentioned above and the fact that I have learnt things about myself both personally and professionally.

Would you recommend the Sell It program to someone you know and Why?

Yes I would recommend the Sell It program because I feel I have gotten good support/follow-up from the program and that I can grow as a professional within Prysmian Group.
