For the transmission and storage of Regulated Information, Prysmian S.p.A. uses, as of 28 May 2012, the transmission system eMarket SDIR and, as of 27 February 2015, the storage mechanism eMarket STORAGE available at www.emarketstorage.com, managed from 1st March 2017 to 22 December 2022 by Spafid Connect S.p.A. and, since 23 December 2022, by Teleborsa S.r.l. with registered office in Rome, at Piazza Priscilla no.4, as per CONSOB authorization and resolutions no. 22517 and no. 22518, of 23 November 2022.
Prysmian S.p.A., since 19th May 2014 to 26th February 2015, has used the service named 1Info, provided Computershare S.p.A., with legal seat in Milan, Via Lorenzo Mascheroni no.19, as mechanism for the storage of regulated information, published and available at www.1info.it
