What is your role within Prysmian?

First of all, I’d like to introduce myself as new “SELL IT” Key Account Manager “System Integrators / Contractors” at Prysmian Group Germany located in Wuppertal since July 2017. I’m responsible for ABB, Schneider Electric, Areva, GE Grid Solutions and GE Healthcare in Germany.

What do you like most about the Sell It program?

What i like most about the Sell It program is getting to know and understand the Prysmian DNA, taking responsibility for the intercultural relationships that in need to do my role.

What is the most challenging thing about your job?

The most challenging thing about my role is the speed and reaction time required, learning the international processings, technical documentation including PC pricing and rules and communication.

What is the most rewarding thing about your job?

The most rewarding thing about my job is being the clay between the customer and Prysmian.  i need to understand the customer needs and be a forward thinker at all times.

Would you recommend the Sell It program to someone you know and Why?

YES i would recommend the Sell It program, it gives you global onboarding and deep dive into your own business, from inside to outside sales activities.

If yes, which is the most attractive element you will describe to him/her in joining Prysmian Group?

The most attractive element is the Prysmian Leadership Model including the mentoring program.
