The Board of Directors of Prysmian S.p.A. met today, further to the resignations of the Directors Michael Ogrinz and Michele Titi Cappelli, and resolved to postpone to the next Shareholders’ Meeting any decision in relation to a possible integration of the Board of Directors.
Furthermore, the Board decided to postpone to a following meeting any decision upon the integration of the Strategic Committee, of which Mr. Ogrinz was a member.
