Prysmian Italy empowers art

“The only way I know to transmit and communicate”

This is the title of the exclusive work of art made by Francesco Musante – a contemporary painter and illustrator – especially for Prysmian Italia. 

Power transmission: this is the challenge for Prysmian Italia, not only through products – as per the company’s mission – but also through art. So we asked a contemporary artist to give shape and colour to our daily work in order to express its scope and strength and to enrich it with a new meaning through his particular interpretation.

The outcome was a limited edition exclusive serigraphy (screen-print) by Francesco Musante. Francesco Musante was born in Genoa in 1950.

He can boast a large number of personal exhibitions both in public and private galleries; as the illustrator of various books, the artist tells “tales” with an artistic language strongly inspired and influenced by Depero, Chagall, Klee and Dubuffet. Musante is a painter who expresses himself through images and tells his often nocturnal tales of fantasy by episodes.
