Prysmian Spa announces it has terminated the agreement signed in December 2007 with Indian Nicco Corporation, for transferring Nicco Corporation’s cables division to a new JV company in which Prysmian would have owned a majority stake (60%). The termination occurred in accordance with specific provisions contained in the above mentioned agreement.
