These are detailed as follows:
These amount to Euro 72,539 thousand in 2012, compared with Euro 107,508 thousand in the prior year. The decrease is mainly due
to a significant reduction in non-recurring expenses.
The significant increase in amortisation of intangible assets is mainly due to amortisation of the new information system now in
use.
