Prysmian Australia picks up another win at nbn Supplier Summit 2017

On Thursday 14^th September Prysmian Australia was awarded with the nbn’s coveted “We are One Team” Award for 2017.

The company was honoured at nbn’s Supplier Awards ceremony in Sydney, for both their appreciation and willingness to work on new solutions and with an array of different stakeholders.

Prysmian Business Manager – nbn Nicholas McMahon said that the win was testament to the commitment and dedication displayed by the company while working in conjunction with nbn.

“To receive a major recognition award for the third year running is a clear vindication of the efforts of so many people and departments across the Prysmian Group. In particular, the ‘One Team’ award recognises the deep relationship and transparent reputation we have built with nbn since being awarded the contract in 2011. The production, commercial, logistics and engineering teams from our local plant at Dee Why in Sydney should be proud of this success and so too should the supporting affiliates of Turkey, Brazil and the USA”, he said.  “We look forward to strengthening our relationship with nbn and further positively impacting the country’s capacity for improved telecommunications”.

The nbn “We are One Team” Award recognises suppliers who follow the nbn company value of the same name, promoting active engagement and input from others, a focus on the common goal and active support for team decisions.
