On 27 September, Prysmian Group will be sponsor of the FT-ETNO Summit 2017 in Brussels.
The summit is organized by the Financial Times, one of the world’s leading business news organizations, recognized internationally providing essential news, comment, data and analysis for the global business community, with European Telecommunications Network Operators' Association (ETNO), the principal policy group for European network operators supporting a positive policy environment to deliver the best quality services to consumers and businesses.
The FT-ETNO Summit will gather leading policymakers, regulators, industry executives and investors from Europe and beyond to discuss and debate the speed of technological change - and how global lawmakers and industry can harness it to benefit society and the economy.
Attendees at the FT-ETNO Summit will mainly be top managers from investment banks, national regulators, mobile and fixed line operators, content providers, members of the European Parliament and European Commission.
Prysmian Group’s participation will see also the presence of the CEO Valerio Battista, who will take part in an interview session, titled “From the ground to the sky: connectivity in a high-speed era” and will focus on the importance of quality and future proof networks. This session will also include an interview with Alastair Westgarth, CEO of Google Loon, while the moderator will be Daniel Thomas, Financial Times Deputy Companies Editor.
The “Industry Interview” session will start at 4.30 pm CET and will be live streamed on the event’s official website live.ft.com/etno.
