As of today, are available to the public the minutes of the Prysmian S.p.A. Board of Directors meeting held on October 29th, approving changes to the By-laws to comply with Consob Resolution No. 21359 of 13 May 2020 regarding gender balance within company bodies, as well as the updated By-laws.
